Along with this printed form, please be sure to include:

1. Game Client Installer. If game client is in a language other than English or Arabic, please include installation instructions in either of these languages.

2. A Brief Product Presentation in PDF format (English or Arabic only). This presentation should focus on the product itself—technical and gameplay features of the game, its performance in other markets, and a discussion of the game’s intended commercial / business model.

For multiple product submissions, please accomplish multiple forms—one for each product. You may send them together in one package.
